Dear FACEBOOK,
I am writing on behalf of my almost 17 year old son who was unable to access his FACEBOOK account 3 days ago . He was told that his account was disabled because he did not pass the verification process. What in the world is going on with FACEBOOK? As best I can tell the onlty thing my son is guilty of is having a common name: Nick Vanucci....there are 16 of them! His name is actually Nicolas, but all his friends call him Nick, so that is the name he used.
My 4 sons and I came over to FB from MySPACE. Up until this time we have enjoyed communicating with family and friends on FB. For that reason I am willing to give FACEBOOK the benefit of a doubt......anybody can make a mistake. If I am not able to straighten out what ever was done to FOUL up my son's account in a timely fashion , we will be very vocal to those within our sphere of influence regarding how FACEBOOK can make it their business to disable user's accounts FOR NO REASON! Most people will not want to continue to spend their time on FACEBOOK given the possibility that the same thing that happened to my son could happen to any one of them.
